As I ring in each new year, I look to the life verse that took hold of my heart several years ago. I look at how I’m doing living it out. This year it’s been impressed upon me in more ways than one that this year must be a year of intentional living, which simply speaks to all that Colossians 3:17 embodies. As I press into the call to intentionality, I need this verse more than ever.
So as the door to 2012 flings wide open, so does the opportunity to live out Colossians 3:17 in ways I never have. I’ve spent some time praying into it all and I’m excited! Excited to wholly live, “whatever you do in word or deed, do it ALL in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to the Father through Him.”
